IDALS is accepting pre-applications for urban stormwater projects that support the Iowa Nutrient Reduction Strategy. This funding cycle emphasizes demonstration projects paired with outreach and education to increase practice adoption statewide.
Pre-applications due November 21, 2025 by 4:30 PM. Projects require 50% match and must be completed by December 31, 2027.
